No Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases and services related to book sales and book production are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed, we do not allow cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

  • Sale of printed books
  • Customized book publishing services
  • Printing and production orders
  • Design, editing, or formatting services

Since book production and publishing involve customized work, resource allocation, and irreversible processes, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated once the order is placed and confirmed, either by placing Purchase/Work Order; or  Memorandum of Agreement or Payment or advance whichever is first.

Customers are therefore requested to:

  • Review all details carefully before placing an order
  • Ensure accuracy of content, specifications, and quantity
  • Clarify any queries prior to confirmation

In case of any defect or error attributable to us, we may review the issue and provide a suitable resolution at our sole discretion.
