I dedicate this book to my beloved wife, Sheela Sharma, who gave me support and took my good care as I was engrossed in this work of identification of several research topics given in this book. It required continuous browsing of e-journals available at IIT Kanpur (208016 India). Using this process, I was able to generate large number of research topics. These can be found in this book in crisp form. Most of it is in area of qualitative or soft sciences in management.
Readers are encouraged to use these (after giving me due credit) so that these can be put to test of reality. This way we hope new knowledge can be generated when one tries to give explanations for hypotheses that are not verified.
I thank IIT Kanpur for giving me so many Ph.D students (27 in number); also allowed me to diversify in many areas of management (1 taught 22 different courses in management at IME IIT Kanpur) so that I could develop an ‘Integrated’ view of the multi faceted area of management; without which this book would not have been possible.
