My earlier book, Born to Grow: Parenting Happy and Confident Children, explored the practical parts of raising well-adjusted children. It discussed building self-esteem, navigating developmental milestones, fostering positive relationships, and creating a supportive home environment. That work set the stage for effective and mindful parenting. However, this exploration goes further, beyond the milestones and into the essence of existence Parenting is not merely a duty; it is a sacred invitation. An invitation to evolve — from the one who guides to the one who is guided, from the role of caretaker to the role of co-traveller, from a person anchored in the material world to a seeker of deeper meaning. This book is my humble attempt to map that inner and outer journey — a journey I call the Sacred Journey of Parenting.
