Dr. Pallavee Shrivastava is a renowned academician in the field of Human Resource Management. With more than 11 years of experience in academic and research, she has established herself as a leading expert in HRM, Business Management, Performance Management, People Management and Leadership. She has collaborated with esteemed institutions like Gurugram University and SGT University, where she has made significant contributions to academic and research initiatives while fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Dr. Shrivastava holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and has also qualified the UGC NET-JRF in Management. In addition, she has done MBA and M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Dr. Shrivastava is a distinguished author with an impressive portfolio of over 16 research papers published in national, international and scopus indexed journals, along with 5 chapters in the edited book in the field of Human Resource Management. She has also presented more than 21 research papers at various national and international conferences. Beyond her extensive research work, she is a seasoned educator with experience teaching HRM at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Additionally, she is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
