Dr. Chandrakanta Swain

Dr. Chandrakanta Swain works as a Librarian at the Indian batitute of Management Ratpur, Chhattisgarh, India. He holds MLIS, PGDLAN and a PhD in Library and Information Science. Dr. Swain has around 30 years of experience in Library Administration and Management. He has authoned/edited twelve books, and one conference proceeding in LIS. Besides, he also published several research articles in international & national journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. His area of Interest includes Library Networking, Digitization of Learning Resources, Human Resource Management, Information Management, etc.
