Dr. Daneshwar Sharma is Director (In-Charge) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, with over 20 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and executive education, including international exposure at Fiji National University. He has delivered 100+ Management Development and Executive Education programmes for organizations. He serves as Associate Editor of Business and Professional Communication Quarterly and sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Poetry Therapy.
