Dr. Dhanya Alex

Dr. Dhanya Alex, Professor and Director at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Thrissur, Kerala, has over two decades of experience in postgraduate teaching and research. A Ph.D Supervisor at Karunya University, she holds postgraduate degrees in Management and Commerce and a Ph.D from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Certified as a Data Scientist by the ICT Academy, Kerala, Dr. Alex has published extensively in Scopus-indexed and international journals. She has presented at prestigious conferences like IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Roorkee, served as a Visiting Scholar in the US, and is a certified trainer for financial market programs offered by NSE, BSE, and SEBI.
