Dr. G.K. Murthy

Prof. (Dr.) G.K. Murthy, an assistant professor in the Marketing area at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP), established by the Government of Bihar, has over 20 years of experience in academia and industry. He holds a doctorate from Andhra University. His areas of research interest include service recovery, value creation, inconspicuous consumption, and private label adoption. He has published articles and cases in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at national and international conferences. Dr. Murthy has also conducted MDPs for major PSUs and the Government of Bihar and completed a few consultancy projects funded by the Government of Bihar.
