Dr. George Thomas
Prof. (Dr.) George Thomas is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, mentor, and institution builder with over 31 years of experience in teaching, research, corporate training, and academic administration. He is currently serving as the Director of Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management & Science, Indore — an autonomous institution established in 1987. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several prestigious leadership positions, including Professor & Director at Chandigarh Business School of Business Administration, Dean – School of Management Studies at Baddi University, and Founder Director of the School of Management at Maharaja Agrasen University. Dr. Thomas has made significant contributions to academia through research publications in reputed national and international journals, authorship of books, and mentorship of Ph.D. scholars. He has also designed and delivered numerous Management Development Programs for corporate executives and academic institutions across India. A respected academic speaker and thought leader, he has been invited by leading universities and institutions to deliver lectures on management, leadership, and higher education. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), M.P. Chapter, and has previously led professional bodies such as ISTD Indore Chapter.
