Dr. Jino Johny M.

Rev. Dr. Jino Johny M. is the Executive Director and an Associate Professor at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Thrissur, Kerala. He holds a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from IIT Madras, focussing on the influence of organizational factors on ethical behavior. A DAAD fellow, he studied at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. Fr. Jino has published in top academic journals like Taylor & Francis and Elsevier. He holds degrees in Philosophy, Theology, and Human Resource Management. Previously, he served as CEO of Sahrdaya TBI, showcasing his leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship alongside over five years of research and teaching experience.
