Kamini Shah, Ph.D. is currently working as an Associate Professor at PG Department of Business Studies. Sardar Patel University. She has 25 years of academic as well industry experience. She has been teaching various subjects in the area of Financial Management. She has also published and presented various papers in Seminars and Conferences. She has been invited for guest talks in various institutions. She is Independent Director at Ami Organics Pvt. Ltd. She is a Life Member in Indian Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association, Indian Society of Training & Development, Universities Commerce and Management Teachers’ Association. Her major areas of research interests are corporate finance. personal finance, banking, digital finance etc.
