Dr. Pallavi Pathak

Dr. Pallavi Pathak is into Management teaching and research for more than a decade after having a versatile corporate career. Doctorate from Institute of Management Studies (erstwhile FMS), Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Dr. Pathak is a leading specialist in Behavioral Studies and HR. Dr. Pallavi Pathak has been conferred with ‘Teacher with Higher Potential Award’ by South Asia Management Association among other distinctions in the field. She has authored a comprehensive book titled ‘Organisational Effectiveness in Centres of Higher Learning’. She has attended and presented papers in numerous Conferences and Seminar on National and International level and has many papers in reputed journals to her credit.
