Dr Poonam Arora
An academician in the area of Human Resource Management with more than nine years of experience. She is currently working as Assistant Professor with The NorthCap University, Gurugram. She holds PhD in the area of Human Resource Management from IMSAR, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has obtained her Master’s Degree in MBA (HR and Marketing) from Amity Business School, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has completed her graduation in B.Tech (ECE) from, Kurukshetra University. She is a certified with UGC NET (Management). She has an excellent academics record and held first position in her Masters. She has contributed a number of research papers and case studies in reputed journals and participated in various National and International conferences and seminars. She has been editor for many books and proceedings for national and international conferences. Her area of interest is strategic human resource management, people analytics and performance management.
