Dr. Swarna Parmar, Head & Associate Professor at School of Studies in Management, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.) is a distinguished academician with over 17 years of rich teaching and research experience in the field of Management specializing in Human Resource Management and Finance. She holds an MBA, M.Com and a Ph.D. in Management and has also qualified the UGC-NET examination.
Her academic contributions are well recognized at both national and international platforms. She has actively participated in various conferences and has published numerous research papers in peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals. Under her guidance, scholars have been successfully awarded their Ph.D. degrees, reflecting her commitment to nurturing research excellence.
She has also enriched her academic journey by attending several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), including those sponsored by ICSSR, thereby keeping herself updated with the latest trends in management education and research.
