Jibitesh Rath
Dr Jibitesh Rath is an alumnus of the School of International Studies, JNU, New Delhi. He is a Postgraduate in both Political Science and Public Administration. With a PG Diploma in Social Work from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management Kolkata, Calcutta University he did his Ph.D in Management Science. He is also a Law graduate from Utkal University.
A former Chief General Manager (HR) NMDC, Dr Rath has around four decades of corporate experience in Strategic Human Resource Management in three prestigious Public Sector Undertakings under the Government of India like SAIL, MIDHANI, and NMDC. Closely associated with various professional bodies of national repute like NIPM, ISTD, National HRD Network, and IIPA, Dr Rath has widely travelled to various reputed educational institutions in the USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. Dr Rath is currently associated with various universities, and Institutes of Eminence as an Adjunct Professor/Guest Faculty in his domain areas like Human Resource Development, CSR, and Corporate Governance. Being a certified auditor in Sustainable Development from the Confederation of Indian Industries, he is engaged in activities and research in this area at the grassroots level. His long service has been recognised by the Government of India, State Governments, various Universities, Institutes, and NGOs. Dr Rath was conferred with the Fellowship of NIPM, its highest honour during its Asia-Pacific Conference in 2005.
