Priyanka Gupta

Priyanka Gupta is an Assistant Professor at Science and Technology Entrepreneur Park-Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (STEP-HBTI), Kanpur. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Professor at Sharda Institute of Management and Technology, Kanpur. She has been in academics for last 18 years. Her teaching interests include ME, HRM, OB, PPM, BL, Industrial Psychology/ Sociology etc. She has published many research papers in journals of repute. She is currently pursuing Ph.D from Integral University, Lucknow. She has completed her M.PHIL from ELLIM University. Her research area focuses on Stress Management, QWL, Work Life Balance etc.
