Prof. (Dr.) Taposh Ghoshal
Prof. (Dr.) Taposh Ghoshal is a teacher, trainer and management professional engaged in education, training and consulting in India and abroad. A Post Doc in Management, Prof. Ghoshal has also done advance courses at VAIS (UK), IIM. Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, IIFT New Delhi, XLRI Jamshedpur and other reputed academic institutions of India and abroad.
Prof. Ghoshal has over four decades of experience with the corporates, Steel Authority of India Ltd., and as Dean, Professor & HoD, School of Management Sciences, Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. Presently, he is the Principal Mentor at Astra Knowledge Foundation, having operations in India, Middle-East and South Asian Countries. He is associated with Dev Sangha Institute of Professional Studies & Educational Research, Deoghar as Advisor also.
Prof. Ghoshal has taught at IIM Calcutta and other premier institutes as guest faculty for over two decades. He is also engaged in training officers of Indian Army, DRDO, PSUs, banks, corporates and overseas organisations.
Prof. Ghoshal has published several books and papers in national and international journals. He has also presented research papers at renowned universities in Australia, Europe and Oceania. Prof. Ghoshal is a Member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and other academic bodies of several universities of the country.
