Prof. Pallavi Pathak

Dr. Pallavi Pathak is a Professor at the School of Management Sciences (SMS), Varanasi, with rich academic and industry experience. She completed her MBA from Jodhpur University and earned her Ph.D. from IM BHU, Varanasi. Her research interests include behavioural studies, human resource management, communication, culture, and sustainability, emphasizing ethical and humanistic management practices. She serves as Managing Editor of the peer-reviewed journal Management Insight and has authored two books, several research papers and book chapters. She is also a licensed HR consultant and certified POSH and life  skills  trainer.
