Ms. Runa Maitra has over twenty years of HR and OD experience in IT/ITES, NBFC, Textile, manufacturing, Retail and Law firm in India, US and UK. She has completed Fellow program from Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad to explore building a career as academic entrepreneur to synergize corporate experience with research capability to connect with future global leaders. She is a Founder of People Talent International and a coach for Start-ups to build HR products, process and people.
