W.C. Singh
Prof. W.C. Singh has a Master of Commerce degree (1992 Gold Medalist) from the Manipur University. He is working as Professor in the Manipur Institute of Management Studies (MMS), Manipur University. During the course of his service in the Manipur University, he completed the Faculty Development Programme in Management (34th Batch) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Before joining Manipur University, he was working with various institutes and universities in Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Mizoram. He also taught as visiting faculty to many other institutes in India. Besides, as a resource person he has conducted FDPs, Case Method of Teaching Workshops, Academic Administrators’ Workshops to the universities/ institutions in the North, and North Eastern universities of India. He has published research papers in the national and international journals of repute, published 3 books, and completed 4 major research projects till date; 7 Ph.D scholars were awarded degrees under his supervision till 2019.
