Scientific managemental practices of goat rearing like intensive and semi-intensive systems in commercial goat farming are being adopted in Gujarat. These systems of management have increased production performance, which has ultimately increased the income of goat farmers. Hence, commercial goat farming has emerged as a profitable business.
