She boasts an extensive academic credentials, including a Ph.D. from Lucknow University, MBA from Amity University, Lucknow, MA from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She holds 14 years of teaching and research experience. Her expertise lies in General Management, Human Resources, Rural Management and Women Entrepreneurship.
